  • Tooth Extraction

    After you are completely relaxed, Dr. Jason Northcutt will extract the unhealthy teeth that are decayed, loose or damaged. 

  • Your different Implant Options

    Dr. Northcutt will place two implants vertically in the front of the jaw. Then two implants at the back of the jaw for optimal contact with bone tissue. In most cases bone grafting is not necessary. All-on-4 dental implants in Alabama are a permanent solution to missing teeth.   • Temporary Fixed Bridge

    The next step is to attach the fixed temporary bridge that you wear while your implants fuse with your jawbone. Once this is completed, you can return to eating you have been missing.

Recovering From After All-on-4 Implant Surgery

 

After your surgery, here is some advice your Alabama dentist will offer. Including personal instructions based on your needs: 

Soft Diet

Take Days Off

Good rest is important after any surgical procedure. Take time off to focusing on your recovery. Many patients take the first week off  after implant placement from commitments and work. 

Discomfort Management

After surgery, you may experience a dull ache and some swelling around the implant sites for the first few days after surgery. This will not last long and can be managed with over-the-counter medication and ice packs.
